Soft Muse Studios 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Soft Muse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date you received your items.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, so please reach out to us quickly to ensure your desired item is in stock.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
